The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern use of the educatedexit.com website and services ("Services") available at educatedexit.com (the "Website"). The Website is owned and operated by Educated Exitβ’. By using the Website, you (the "User") accept this Agreement in full, including all operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published and updated from time to time. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Website.
Section 1
Access & User Information
To purchase services on the Website, you may fill out the contact form and provide all required personal information. Notify Educated Exitβ’ immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Educated Exitβ’ may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges, and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Access to parts or all of the Services may be restricted without notice or liability. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age, legally permitted to use the Website, and take full responsibility for your use of it. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law.
Section 2
Modifications
Educated Exitβ’ reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges, and terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing any such modifications. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 3
Payments and Fees
Educated Exitβ’ may save your credit or debit card information unless you notify us otherwise at [email protected].
By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided and, in the case of card payments, that you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission. Educated Exitβ’ may refuse to process any transaction or refuse Service to anyone at its sole discretion without liability to you or any third party.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for all fees, payments, and applicable taxes.
Section 3A
Payment Plans & Installment Agreements
Installment plans are a courtesy, not a contingency. The full Empowered Exitβ’ Coaching service fee is owed at the time of enrollment.
Installments are a payment accommodation. Monthly installments are offered interest-free. They are not conditional on ongoing participation in the Empowered Exitβ’ Coaching Program.
Delivery of materials does not discharge the payment obligation. Receipt of all proprietary tools, documents, or deliverables does not satisfy or reduce the outstanding balance. The full contracted amount is owed regardless of whether you use the materials, complete the program, or continue engaging.
Disengagement does not cancel the debt. Ceasing to respond to communications, declining coaching sessions, or choosing not to continue the program after enrollment does not constitute cancellation and does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligation.
Outstanding balances are due in full. If you miss a scheduled installment payment, the full remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable.
Educated Exitβ’ reserves the right to pursue collection. This includes collection agencies, small claims court, or other legal remedies. You agree to be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting amounts owed, including legal fees where permitted by applicable law.
Section 4
Online Payment Security
Educated Exitβ’ uses a secure Payment Gateway for all online credit card transactions. All transactions are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Educated Exitβ’ or any outside party. All transaction data is encrypted for storage within bank-grade data centres.
Section 5
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Our products and services provide immediate access to proprietary insights, strategies, and personalized guidance. Due to the nature of digital content and customized support, we do not offer refunds. If you have questions before purchasing, reach out to ensure our offerings are the right fit for you.
Section 6
General
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have all necessary permits to provide your personal data to fulfill this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Educated Exitβ’ may assign this Agreement upon notice to you at its sole discretion. Our failure to act with respect to a breach does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Newsletter Sponsorship
Exit Strategyβ’ Newsletter
Due to the timing, availability, and reservation of dates, we cannot accommodate cancellations or rescheduling for sponsorships of the Exit Strategyβ’ Newsletter. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness for all sponsors and maintains the scheduling integrity of the newsletter.
